Everyone will get same time with the same numbers, it is 60 minutes every hour and 24 hours a day everywhere in this world. In an advanced country, a developing country and even a destroyed country, there are 24 hours a day, 60 minutes an hours.
A successful entrepreneur who is successful or not, or even bankrupt, still have 24 hours a day and 60 minutes per hour. Or the “executive of the year”, a lazy employee, or even unemployed person still have the same 24 hours a day. A top pupil in class, a common student or the failed student still have 24 hours per day and 60 minutes per hour. Because of this, it is a fact that the amount of the time is not a problem, but the activity that has been done is the important thing.
Let’s see, there is 24 hours that can be used to arrange a country, a million people or various big companies with over a hundred thousand employees. Unfortunately there is someone who cannot take care himself in 24 hours. Na’udzubillah min dzaalik ( We seek refuge in Allah from that)!

Time will run fast for any person who has happy life, and it runs slowly for those who are sad. Time is the witness of history that records the humbleness and abuse that have been committed by all. Time is the eternal recorder that will eternalize someone’s grandeur and glory. Then the important thing is that time is our lease on life, nothing can happened without it. Therefore, it is detrimental if a servant of God cannot use his “allotment” well.
What are some simple tips for utilizing time? Here is my explanation:

What losses would we suffer if we spent our time to look for something that was lost somewhere? Maybe all of our family was in panic, our journey was delayed, and all of our schedules were thrown into disorder.
Therefore, if we are to do something in order, it is key for us to arrange the time. Start doing this by making your own written or spoken rules. The husband, wife, children or other family member can start this in this family environment. So, the first tip need is to know and obey the rules. Because of that, we can step forward to the next place and can estimate what we will do. We would break this rule if we didn’t know it, and would suffer looses of time, energy, emotion and money.

We can make planning which is suitable with our needs. In the case, every planning must be states in writing, even if it is just in a notebook, you always carry everywhere you go, even in your office.
Human being only plan, but Allah decides. We just predict everything goes well based on the planning. The meaning is, before we make a plan we need skill to read the situation and condition. Therefore, it is good if someone has another plan as a serve plan, so for effectiveness and preparedness, make B and C planning. Insyallah, (If Allah permits) you will not lose your time because of panic or failure.
Although we have a perfect program, if there is no discipline the implementation, it is useless. Don’t let your laziness makes you fail, because there is no prestige without discipline. Who can force us to be better but ourselves?

It is confusing, isn’t it?
So, it should be our standard to send and receive detailed, accurate and clear information; we even recommended having complete document. Don’t ever be satisfied within minimum data- we should collect the data so we get the truth. We may not take any decision within mistaken information. It absolutely, is a fatal fault.
Based on this, we should be aware that distorted information that comes from misunderstandings causes mistakes in delivering or implementing plans based on that information. Therefore, we need to check and re-check it so we both know and understand the true problem.

The result is predictable and of course the result will not be good. Because of that, don’t ever think that you can afford to be lazy by relaxing and delaying time or the job. It’s too risky and cannot be compare with such temporary pleasures.
Now let’s try and imitate the behavior of “ Sangkuriang” By doing one job in one day to reach a target. Let’s remember the situation when we are in the university with the SKS system (so-called overnight learning system). We try to do all our tasks or prepare for our examination in one night. Were you ever satisfied with the result?

Do it now! It is an time obligation for us to do everything on time based on planning and agreement. Don’t ever let every second pass away .We should enjoy every time on time.
If you have a meeting or good activity which is delayed because all of the people are not there yet, it means you have punished to others who have come in time just only for waiting some who have not come yet. It is very not fair.
Just remember, “ The pious deed Allah loves is praying on time.” Let’s think of its meaning in our daily life.
g. Let’s Be Faster and Briefer, But Safe
If we can be fast, why must we be late? If it can be done in five minutes why should be in ten minutes? If we need 10 minutes in the washroom, Why should it take 20 minutes? If the dialogue can be understood in 5 sentences why should it be started in 10 sentences?
If we want to work in fast and brief and get the best result, we must make the time in standards needs. So, any unnecessary slowness can be known, realized and felt as suffering looses. And every economizing of time can be felt as an advantage. Then we must improve out “best practices” in doing and finishing the duty until the fastest point which is still the best quality.
It cannot be denied that slow movement will waste time, it can make anyone get angry when they see it. Because of that, regular physical exercises can increase the strength of your body, and it can improve the nimbleness and dexterity of someone in doing his duty by using the proportional amount of
h. Check and Re-check
The words “ Oh I forgot” , “Opps, I forget to bring it” and similar words should be dispensed with and must be categorized as shameful that indicate poor self-management. The trick to avoid such thing is by arranging the list of things to do, equipment to bring, which is written completely. Then make a clear indication if it has been done or bought along and make it a habit. Prepare the checklist for needs in the future. Don’t forget to keep it in the right place.

Because of that, when we talk, it must be controlled well; it takes a lot of consciousness and bravery to cease useless chatting.
Things such as radio and television can steal our time. It Is not a problem if we were watching TV or listening to the radio.
It is wrong if we attend to the bad and unqualified program, which finally wastes our productive time for the future, and ends up cheating us. Just think, therefore, and measure the advantages and disadvantages, the usefulness and importance of the program. Don’t be trapped by its story.

Our energy and spirits are too full and so exuberant that we can overcome all of the barriers. If we can be fast, why must we be late? If it can be done in five minutes why should be in ten minutes? If we need 10 minutes in the washroom, Why should it take 20 minutes? If the dialogue can be understood in 5 sentences why should it be started in 10 sentences?
If we want to work in fast and brief and get the best result, we must make the time in standards needs. So, any unnecessary slowness can be known, realized and felt as suffering looses. And every economizing of time can be felt as an advantage. Then we must improve out “best practices” in doing and finishing the duty until the fastest point which is still the best quality.
It cannot be denied that slow movement will waste time, it can make anyone get angry when they see it. Because of that, regular physical exercises can increase the strength of your body, and it can improve the nimbleness and dexterity of someone in doing his duty by using the proportional amount of
h. Check and Re-check
The words “ Oh I forgot” , “Opps, I forget to bring it” and similar words should be dispensed with and must be categorized as shameful that indicate poor self-management. The trick to avoid such thing is by arranging the list of things to do, equipment to bring, which is written completely. Then make a clear indication if it has been done or bought along and make it a habit. Prepare the checklist for needs in the future. Don’t forget to keep it in the right place.
Then don’t ever want to do something unless you re-check it first. There are so many foolish examples, which inflict a financial loss and are embarrassing. Make time available to do a final re-check.
i. Be Aware From Time Stealer
How lucky is a person who realizes that time is his found to fill this life. It is more fortunate if someone who is blessed by Allah has an ability to keep and optimize the time for his needs in the world so that he can be a superior man and so dispense with his needs in the beyond so that he reaches heaven. How brainless is a man who suffers losses and is unlucky if he use this time for useless things in this world.
In our daily life in this world, sometimes we make behave funny. Can imagine, we are busier to watch our sandals because we are afraid they are stolen than we are busy to keep time to manage a trusteeship? We are almost disappointed by our lost items and sometimes we even cry and feel sad because of them. Whereas, we look for money or a lost object, and they are easy to be replaced. The expensive price cannot be compared with the time value, which will not replaced.
It is true that if we always let the valuable time to be stolen by the things such as incidents or tools, which are of value. These are some things, which always steal our time.
Talking is a part of Allah’s grace that we must be grateful for when it is used to for useful things for the world and beyond. But one the contrary, it will be ruinous if there is no good will, good way or good content. Because of that, when we talk, it must be controlled well; it takes a lot of consciousness and bravery to cease useless chatting.
Things such as radio and television can steal our time. It Is not a problem if we were watching TV or listening to the radio.
It is wrong if we attend to the bad and unqualified program, which finally wastes our productive time for the future, and ends up cheating us. Just think, therefore, and measure the advantages and disadvantages, the usefulness and importance of the program. Don’t be trapped by its story.
The one thing that can steal the time is a useless hobby, if we do our l favorite things we can become so distracted, tired, and lazy. Our energy and spirits are too full and so exuberant that we can overcome all of the barriers. If we like something Allah’s like, and of course, it is useful for our worldly and afterlife needs, it is a big benefit. But if we are not strong enough to stop a useless hobby and replace it with a more qualified pleasure, which gives a lot of benefit, perhaps we should reevaluate our hobbies now.
Another thing that we can steal our time is when something that are not planned beforehand sidetrack our focus. Finally, the main scheduled plan can be disturbed. We fall asleep with amusement and empty pleasures. These do not only delay the entire plan, but also train us to be an arrogant or inconsistent person. If this is our type, just be ready to be called as inconsistent person.
We should be careful with daydreams too. It should be remembered there is a difference between thinking and musing. They have different meanings and the result of daydreaming is the adrift mind, without any goal, in fantasy and not based on reality. Sometimes it could filthy and shameful. Sometimes when we imagine an impossible result, something can make us feel miserable. In other word, the daydream is the real time sealer enjoyed by the unfortunate person. But thinking of the opposite of daydreaming, it’s a mental process of how to reach a goal based on talent, reality and quickness of action. And of course it is based on the direction.
The last thing that has the potential to waste time is the dirtiness of heart. If we among the servant of God who has clean hearts, we are categorized as a fortunate servant. But on the contrary, if we have a dirty heart, na’udzubillah min dzaalik, we get misfortune.
The people with the dirty heart; their time, their mind, their power, their happiness and their wealth will be lost to serve their dirty feeling. It’s hard to sleep, not to mention ever having a sound sleep, because we are too busy imagining and making dirty plans. During the day there is only hatred in this heart, the world is so narrow, and he doesn’t want to meet anyone he hates. His face looked so sad, his words are marked by filthy words.
Take stock of yourself and count how much time you have waste to think about negative points of someone you hate. The time is spent to plan, thwart, and slander the name of someone you hate. For someone with a dirty heart will not accept that prestige and success go to someone he hates. He then imagines is someone he hates is sleeping, eating delicious, food and laughing. What losses are suffered by someone who lets dirt lodge in his heart.
